I run CastCraft. I work with people like the Hildebrand Project and Joseph Pearce, helping them get their work out to more people. So that’s social media, email, short courses. We put things out, see what people respond to, and then keep refining from there.

I’m also spending a lot of time experimenting with AI agents. I’m constantly playing with these things, seeing what’s useful and what actually helps with the work.

I’m Irish, living in Madrid. I’ve lived in Oxford, Toronto, and San Francisco.

I studied psychology (first class honours at Galway) and I’m doing a PGCert in Psychodynamic Counselling at Oxford. A lot of my work sits in group dynamics — consulting with executives on leadership and unconscious group process, and facilitating group relations conferences.

I also speak and run workshops on this. I co-authored a book called Gods, Heroes, and Groups.
